Soft play is a safe, padded environment designed specifically for children ages 0–5. It encourages climbing, crawling, jumping, and exploring in a clean, enclosed space. Every piece is made from soft foam or inflatable material to keep little ones safe while they play.

Our play zones are designed for infants who can sit up on their own through age 5. Older children (6+) are not permitted inside the soft play area for safety reasons.
Smaller set ups like Mini posh and our ball pit are perfect for our youngest residens 1-3 yrs. -
Rentals are for the duration of your event. Standard pickup is 4- 5 hours after your party's start time. Extended hours can be arranged for a fee.

Every package includes:
Full-day rental (up to the agreed pickup time)
Delivery, setup, and teardown
Safety gates and mats
Selected soft play equipment based on your chosen package or ALA CARTE Order
Add-ons such as balloon garlands, fringe, decals, or long-distance delivery are available at an additional cost.

Base delivery Fee is incurred within 1–9 miles of our base location.
Long-distance delivery (10+ miles) is available for an additional fee.

Clients are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. If items are damaged, lost, or excessively dirty, the security deposit will be forfeited, and additional replacement fees may apply.

We can set up on:
Clean, flat indoor flooring
Turf or artificial grass
Concrete or asphalt
The area must be clean and cleared before our team arrives to set up.
We can NOT set up on
Dirt, gravel, bark, sand, uneven ground, or wet grass.

All children must be supervised by an adult (18 years +) at all times while in play area
Soft Play is only suitable for ages up to 5 years old and MUST NOTbe used by nfants not able to sit on their own,children older than 5 and up,or adults
Absolutely NO PETS allowed in or around play area
Socks must be worn at all times
NO shoes, sneakers, high heels, flip flops or sandals allowed inside or on equipment, including mats
NO food, drinks, chewing gum, candy, of any kind, etc.
NO FACE PAINT, temporary tattoos, party poppers, water bubbles, confetti (including balloons with confetti), colored streamers, slime, paint, markers, silly string, glitter, or any sticky items allowed either on or near play area (products will cause permanent damage to equipment)
All sharp objects must be removed before entering play area (including glass, pens, pencils, jewelry, keys, knives, eyeglasses, etc.)
NO flips of any kind, pushing, shoving, wrestling, or horseplay allowed
NO equipment or accessories, including balls shall be dismantled or moved outside of play area
NO climbing, pulling, slamming or sitting on the safety fences
NO BBQ’s, firepits or heat emitted items permitted within 50ft of equipment
NO Smoking in or around equipment
NO more than the recommended number of people and maximum weight allowed in the play area and/or bounce house at one time. Maximum capacity of participants and weight requirements is listed in the product description. (Renter is to ensure that the area is not overcrowded, and the number of participants is limited according to age and size)
Please do not enter play area if you are pregnant or have a physical injury or disability
If bad weather suddenly occurs, have all participants safely exit play area
Report all incidents and/or damages immediately to POSH PLAY TOWN Soft Play

For outdoor setups, we cannot operate in rain or winds above 15 mph. Clients must provide an indoor backup plan. If weather prevents setup, deposits may be transferred to a future date within 12 months

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date.
A refundable security deposit may also apply, which is returned within 3–5 business days after pickup if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Yes. Posh PlayTown is licensed, insured, and safety certified. Certificates of insurance (COI) can be provided for venues upon request.

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance for guaranteed availability.
For custom packages, 4-8 weeks in advance, decals, and balloon garlands also require extra lead time. -
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to set up at approved parks and venues. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and permissions. Additional fees may apply for distance, stairs, or restricted access.

Booking is simple:
Choose your package and add-ons.
Complete the online booking form.
Pay your 50% deposit to secure the date +Security deposit.
Final payment is due 3 days before your event.
